The Foxlowe is getting ready to bring the big screen experience back to Leek.

The film programme was devised when the Foxlowe was saved
Major films are going to be screened at the historic building on a weekly basis, beginning next Tuesday evening.
The pilot programme has been drawn up after funding was provided by the Leek Arts Forum, and according to Chairman of Foxlowe Trustees, Peter Kent-Baguley, the return of the big screen will be a popular development.
"When the Foxlowe was established, it was clear that there was interest in films being shown at the centre," he told the Sentinel. "A small group of interested people was formed and an initial pilot programme devised."
The first film to be screened next Tuesday will be the latest adaptation of Jane Eyre.
Plans to show children's films and archive movies are also in the pipeline. Tickets will cost £4 or £3 for concessions.
